James Ballinger made partner at a law firm just four years out of law school. He has experience in many types of civil litigation, including torts, plaintiff and defense work, probate, business formation, contracts, Sherman Antitrust litigation and property tax liens. He helped draft tax lien legislation that was recently enacted into Kentucky law.
Michael McClain is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and practices all types of civil litigation, including commercial law, insurance law, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, foreclosures, breach of contract and more. Mike was a partner at one of the region's largest and most prestigious law firms before leaving to join his friend, Jim Ballinger.
